1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing our storefront and purchasing our handcrafted products, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. All transactions are governed by local commercial regulations.
2. Custom & Personalized Orders
Items ordered with custom choices (specific finishes, engraving or embroidery personalization, custom logo uploads) are made-to-order. Once production starts, modifications are impossible. Custom/personalized items are final sale and ineligible for return or exchange.
3. Natural Material Variation
Because we use natural materials such as wood, ceramic, and linen, each piece may possess natural grain, texture, and slight color variations. These unique markings are hallmarks of natural materials and are not considered defects.
4. Pricing & Payments
All prices listed on the site are in the currency specified and exclude shipping/taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or update product details at any time.
5. Warranty & Liability
Our lifetime warranty covers structural failures (loose stitches, broken metal components). Damage due to improper care, cleaning accidents, or exposure to excessive rain/liquids is excluded from coverage.
