Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50 (continental U.S.). Orders below $50 incur a flat $12.99 shipping fee. Expedited and international shipping options are calculated at checkout.

Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Custom and made-to-order pieces may require additional production time, which will be noted on the product page.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition. Monogrammed and personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned unless defective.

To start a return, contact our support team from your account's support center and we'll provide a prepaid label for eligible orders.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please reach out within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
